AUFGABEN
  • Ensure the hardware resilience prior to customer delivery
  • Be in charge of day to day quality control and hardware debugging operations
  • Organize warehouse processes to optimize the processing quantity and quality standards
  • Refurbish testing return units
  • Repack and handle new units
  • Re-install and control devices operating system and secondary software packages
  • Conduct intense hardware tests and validations as part of different initiatives
  • Document the quality findings and problems
  • Maintain a detailed level of transparency 
  • Rapidly adapt the on field warehouse operations in accordance with new procedures indicated by the technical management
ANFORDERUNGEN
  • You worked in the quality control department of a technology company
  • You have experience in working with premium physical products
  • You feel comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • You have a  good understanding of computer hardware systems and how they work
  • You have a basic understanding of electronics and mechanical engineering
  • You have  experience in working with Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Word Documents
  • Previous experience  with software quality control represents a big advantage
  • Previous experience in servicing hardware products represents a great advantage
  • You are detail oriented and a pixel perfect person
  • You have advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
